  • Each decoction for 3-4 persons.
  • Place all herbs in an earthenware pot together with 6 bowls of water. Allow the herbs to soak for 30 minutes. Then bring the pot to boil and simmer for 45 minutes on low heat. To maintain good health, please consume once daily for 5-7 consecutive days.
