When to use:
Knee strap is designed to help relieve symptoms of Chondromalacia (irritated kneecap) or tendonitis of the knee by providing targeted pressure to the tendon below the kneecap (patella) without increasing pressure around entire leg.
How to wear:
Pull fastener through buckle with gel pad against tendon and tighten until fit is snug, yet comfortable.
Turn the dial clockwise until desired pressure is achieved. Adjust dial to increase or decrease, based on activity level. Do not over tighten.
To remove, loosen dial until no pressure is felt. Pull fastener through buckle and slide off leg.
